Who is responsible
Palszap Paper Balcny Limited is responsible for personal data processed for this publication. Its registered office is 14 Hume Street, Dublin 2, D02 C624, Ireland; company number 782651. Contact [email protected] for privacy questions or rights requests.
Reading the website
The published pages use no analytics scripts, advertising pixels, external fonts or embedded social-media widgets. Your browser necessarily requests page files and images from the hosting service. Technical request data can include an IP address, request time, requested address and browser information. Hosting providers may process these records to deliver and secure the service.
Where we process technical records for security and reliable delivery, the basis is our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the publication. Access should be limited to those who need it for those purposes. Technical records should not be retained longer than necessary for security, troubleshooting or applicable legal requirements.
Your workshop note
Text entered in the contact tool is handled by JavaScript in your browser. The tool does not upload it, save it to localStorage or send it to the editorial mailbox. A generated proof remains in the page while it is open; your browser may independently restore form content. Copying places the proof on your device clipboard. Downloading creates a text file on your device. Other applications, browser features or shared-device users may be able to access content you copy or save.
Correspondence you send
If you choose to email us, we receive the sender address, message contents and any information you include. We use that information to read, assess and, where appropriate, respond to the enquiry or correction. Our basis is our legitimate interest in maintaining editorial correspondence; legal obligations may provide a separate basis where applicable.
Email and hosting service providers may process information on our behalf. We do not sell correspondence or use it for automated profiling. Keep messages proportionate and avoid sensitive personal information. We retain correspondence only for as long as needed to address it, maintain a relevant editorial record or satisfy legal obligations. Retention depends on the purpose and any continuing dispute or correction; unnecessary copies should be deleted.
Browser preferences
The cookie preferences page explains the localStorage value used to remember a choice. This is browser storage, not a submitted contact record. You can remove it through browser settings. The supplied static pages do not load optional tracking when you choose Accept.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions and exceptions in applicable data-protection law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity.
You may complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland, or your competent supervisory authority. Contacting us first is welcome but is not a condition of making a complaint.
External sites and updates
External source links lead to services with their own privacy practices. They are not embedded tracking tools on these pages. If a service provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, any transfer must use an applicable lawful mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or appropriate contractual safeguards. Material changes to this notice will be published here.
